Apartment located at 581 Ocean Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY, 11218 We are current tenants of the apartment and plan to move out in October. We are willing to transfer our current lease to a qualified family or individual. The apartment will be ready after October 15. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Street parking is available, and closed parking is available in the basement for an additional fee. Laundry is available in the building basement. Hot water and gas for the stove are included in the rent. Heating and cooling are NOT included in the rent; they are electric (heat pump). The building also includes a free gym, library room (with a pool table), and rooftop area. Landlord is asking the requirements below; Following documents are needed to approve your file to be a qualified tenant: See attached the application Application Photo ID W-2 and/or last years tax return Employment letter Bank Statements Rental payment history Applicants' income must cover at least 40x the rent or share of rent.
